Food—  Nightly rate includes breakfast.  Buffalo Don will provide other meals on request. (I married him for his cooking!)

Grocery store across the street if you prefer to use the

stove top & fridge,  Fruit trees at the hostel.

Tamale truck comes by most days between 6:30 & 8:00.

Restaurants—10 minute walk.  Taco stands—1–3 minute walk.

Reception—too small for 24 hr manned desk:  Late arrivals ring the doorbell at the main gate.  Keep ringing; we are heavy sleepers.

Young Green Iguana

 

The greens are a protected species in Mexico.  They live in trees at the hostel.  You’ll have to look hard to spot them.
